refactor(turkanime): bölüm tarama akışını ajax tabanlı yap

Ana sayfa scraping mantığı kaldırılarak doğrudan AJAX endpointinden
bölüm listesi alınıyor. formatTurkanimeTitleFromSlug fonksiyonu
eklenerek başlık formatlaması iyileştirildi.
