feat: not uygulaması ve altyapısını ekle

- iOS Memos benzeri PWA ön yüz eklendi (React, Tailwind)
- Express tabanlı arka uç, AnythingLLM API entegrasyonu ve senkronizasyon kuyruğu oluşturuldu
- Docker, TypeScript ve proje konfigürasyonları tanımlandı
